My wife and I spent a few months looking at travel trailers in Southern Oregon and found River City RV – we walked onto the lot and met Nick – he showed us several units. Just answered questions – zero sales pressure. They had a beautiful LANCE 1575 that was cheaper than anything we could find in the country. We worked with Neil and Nick to wrap up the sale and the entire experience was better than we’ve had anywhere else in two decades of buying travel trailers every few years.

Best place in town to get your Rv or supplies great people friendly ,they make you feel like family and if you’re buying used, they go through it with the fine tooth comb to make sure you’re happy.

We recently purchased a 2014 Winnebago Aspect that was being sold on Consignment . Our Salesman was Matt, and he did a good job explaining everything about the Coach and the process negotiating with the previous owner . I’ve bought six RV’s and about twenty cars in my life, and this was hands-down the easiest and least hassle of them all. Nick and his sales manager provided a very competitive offer with no games or back & forth. Their PDI was top notch, and Jake in the F&I office turned over paperwork faster than I’ve ever seen. I was literally sitting in his waiting chair for less than a minute when I was called back to sign papers. The paperwork was spot on with no errors. I had an appointment for 1:30 PM and the RV was 100% ready with zero issues. (I’m not sure if they did it or not, but they even paired the Bluetooth speakers with the TV — this was unexpected.) The RV was absolutely spotless and they even applied tire shine to the Goodyear’s (this was first). John assisted me during my walk through and easily answered the few questions I had. He was awesome and earned his pay. My truck sits a little high from the factory, and I needed the pinbox adjusted on the frame of the 5th wheel to help it tow level. The sales manager readily obliged — no BS about needing to charge extra for labor. While I brought tools to attach my Anderson Hitch coupler to the RV’s pinbox, they offered to do that as well. No way in hell would Camping World have done that. They would have tried to charge extra and would have taken six hours to do it. I even needed the Anderson lockout kit installed on the Curt Helux pinbox (I brought it with me) and they took care of that as well. They did everything they could to make sure I rolled out at 100%.

This wasn’t the least expensive deal I found (it was higher by about $800 from Camping World), but that $800 was money very well spent to enjoy NOT doing business with that horrendously-scammy dealer and instead do business with a stand-up, local operation. If I need a new RV in the future, I’ll definitely give them a chance at repeat business. Great job! I’d give six stars if I could.

River City RV is my go-to place for info and parts. As of late, Debbie in parts has been a big help with getting the right parts for my 5th Wheel. Thanks Deb and thanks to the guys at River City RV, as well!!

Found our “Perfect 5th wheel” at a great price. Low pressure staff, there to help you. River City was patient as we navigated the finance end of the deal. When it was proceeding slow, we reached out to Gary and Mandy and they were able to get us financed quickly. My wife and I had a great experience dealing with both Paul and Frank. We were upgrading from a travel trailer to a 5th wheel. They had a large inventory and made us a good offer on the trailer we were trading, so instead of traveling up north to look at a 5th wheel my wife wanted to look at we purchased it on the spot. Extremely helpful when we bought our trailer in August. We just recently had some issues with the refrigerator in it and they helped us through that process. Highly recommend doing business with them.
